قبل از استفاده

تداخلات دارویی

Voriconazole (oral route)


 Voriconazole to treat serious fungal or yeast infections, such as aspergillosis (fungal infection in the lungs), candidemia (fungal infection in the blood), esophageal candidiasis (Candida esophagitis), or other fungal infections (skin, stomach, kidney, bladder, or wound infections).  It may also be used to treat patients with serious yeast or fungal infections that cannot tolerate or do not respond to other types of treatment.

  This medicine is only available with a doctor's prescription.

 Before use

  In deciding to use a drug, the risks of taking the drug must be weighed against its benefits.  This is a decision you and your doctor will make.  For this drug, the following should be considered:

  allergy

  Tell your doctor if you have ever had any unusual or allergic reaction to this or any other medicine.  Also tell your health care professional if you have other types of allergies, such as to foods, colors, preservatives, or animals.  For over-the-counter products, read the label or package ingredients carefully.

 children

  Adequate studies have not been conducted on the relationship of age with the effects of voriconazole in children younger than 2 years.  Security and effectiveness have not been established.

  the elderly

  Adequate studies performed to date have not demonstrated geriatric-specific problems that would limit the usefulness of voriconazole in the elderly.

 Drug interactions

  Although some drugs should never be used together, in other cases two different drugs may be used together, even though an interaction may occur.  In these cases, your doctor may want to change the dose or take other precautions.  When you are using this medicine, it is very important that your healthcare professional knows if you are taking any of the medicines listed below.  The following interactions have been selected based on their potential importance and are not necessarily all-inclusive.
